Visual C++ .NET 2005

Hi all
I'm running the following:

E810 TR 8.96.15
SQL2005SP2
C++ 6.0 sp5
MSDE (deployment server)
Citrix, Fat clients

Now I am planning the upgrade to 9.0. In order for me to start the upgrade, I have to:
- upgrade my MSDE on deployment server to SSE
- upgrade C++ 6.0 to C++ .net 2005 sp1

Well, I'm having really tough time to figure out correct software to download from Microsoft website.

I would really appreciate if someone can point to the right direction.
