PO and JOB notification email url wrong

Hello,
Newbie here.
We just went live with e1 8.97.2.3 running oracle and windows, OAS on windows for web servers.

The implementation team while testing several apps never changed the paramater from environments. PD and PY.
Now, when a P.O. needs approval, an email is generated with the url pointing to the PY environment port.
http://server:82/etc..... instead of server:83.

I'm looking for the place to change that setting.
