Any issues upgrading to SSE on 8.97.1.1

I am planning on upgrading to SSE on 8.97.1.1 before upgrading to 8.98.0.6. Anyone have any issues with using SSE with 8.97? Any benefit to waiting to upgrade until we go to 8.98.0.6? Any gotcha's besides the install of SSE issue with Win XP SP3?
