SSO - E1 Sign Off

Hi,

I am working with SSO on E1 8.12 / Tools 8.97 and have SSO working to sign people in. When I hit the sign off link in the application I get "page can not be displayed". If you refresh the page you go right back into the application.

Here is the URL of the "page cannot be displayed"

I have try several setting in the jas.ini for OracleSignOffURL and nothing seems to change when you hit the sign off link. I do not get redirected back to the SSO server.

Not finding any information on this on google or metalink. Has anyone seen this before?

Were you able to get the Sign-off Url working? I’m facing the same issue.

What's your jas.ini settings for OracleSSO= and SSOEnabled=. They should both be true.

We have end to end Oracle SSO working on client site as well as in our lab. Users sign into the network, open the E1 url, and they're straight into E1. Long usernames no problem either.

We encountered the same issue and found the fix was setting OracleSSO=true. This parameter is for single sign off. It's not in server manager - you have to edit jas.ini directly.
