Running Web Client in Citrix

I am trying to have several users get to JDE on the web (throug IE). They will be using a citrix desktop. When I start up the session (IE) I get the logon screen but after that I get a blank screen what do I need to do to enable this???

Does your Web work if you log from a regular PC, not from
a Citrix session?

Yes, it works. We are trying to use Citrix now. The sign on screen appears but it fails after that.

I'm trying to do the same thing through Citrix but it works OK for me but other users don't even get the sign on screen.

How have you set up your Citrix application?
