Task View Capture

Is there a UBE that exists that will print off the directory structure of a task view? Our auditors want a print out of our primary task view so they can see what versions of particular programs are being used and where.

I believe you can use Configuration Utilities (P01RS01). It will give you the ability to export it to a spreadsheet. I'll see if I can figure out how to upload the PDF on it.

The only issue with using that though is that it only goes five levels deep and we have some tasks that are nested deeper than five levels.

For canned solutions, All Out Security has some very good security, view and task reporting and maintenance tools. Otherwise, you'll have to write your own.

One simple solution could be expand all the tasks in menu design and do a print from the menu File->Print.
If you have primopdf or something similar installed, you can get the pdf output directly from the same, else output can be optained directly via a printer with all Application|version details.
