Where Are BSFN\'s Kept On An AS/400 Enterprise Server?

Where are the BSFN's stored on the Enterprise server for the web users? I know where they are for the users with the Windows client, but there's some debate on their location for the users that connect via the web interface.

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Hi,

If you mean where is the master source of BSFN, there are
stored under \\(deployment)\e812\(pathcode)\source and
\\(deployment)\e812\(pathcode)\include.

If you mean where are they executed from, they're executed
from library (pathcode), and they stored as *SRVPGM binaries

Thank you Sebastian.

Is anything, relative to the BSFN's, stored in the F989999 and F989998 tables? We're struggling to figure where and how the web users get the BSFN's, and also how they're built and deployed for the web environments.

Again, thanks.

They are built and deployed in packages, like every other object. I think what you are missing the generation of serialized objects. The information on business functions that the JAS clients reference in F989998 and F989999 is put into those tables when you do the generation.
