We are interested in meeting with World users to discuss the resolution
presented by JDE (World Advisory Council) rather than complete World SIGs.
Ed McVaney's promise from the podium at FOCUS was to establish a World SIG,
not a World Advisory Council. Many World users who attend SIGs as they
exist today are alienated from meaningful discussions on improving the
software. The SIGs are geared for One World users. The solution to
include a SIG officer from each of the current SIGs on the World Advisory
Council seems lacking and does not automatically facilitate opportunities
at SIG meetings to develop ideas for enhancements to the World product.
