Ergonomic keyboard

We have a user that connects via Citrix and uses an ergonomic keyboard. She
cannot use the number keypad to enter dates into a date field, but she has
no problem entering numbers into an amount field or account number field.
She does has the NumLock on. She can enter dates into a date field using
the number keys across the top of the keyboard, however, this will slow data
entry considerably for her.

Has anyone else come across this and/or a solution for it?

Sorry, but here comes a stupid question.

Does the problem go away when you replace the keyboard?

Try disabling Numlock Numb-lock
