Create!Form Transform

I have created teh project in CF Transform and then used this project within CF Director. The project takes the PDF file from JDE and converted it into text file. When I am doing this, I gets the error 'Failed to load module CF6OMTXT'. Does anyone has an idea about it. Is it a licensing issue or something else.
