Does Anyone Really use BI Publisher to Email outside Customer/Clients

With the email subject line "EnterpriseOne Report Definition Output" can anyone expect to use this to communicate to their customers. At this point I think the product is a beta if not an alpha. Oracle has not even tested this product on Outlook 2007. I know this because I am currently working on an issue with Oracle and they don't have a copy of Office 2007 to test on. How can a multibillion dollar company not have the latest revision of the most widely used email client.

We use it to email our ACH notifications to Vendors. It does leave a lot to be desired, but we explained to our vendors that we cannot change the subject line at this time. There is a SAR entered to fix this issue. (8873201)
