We are using BI Publisher with JDE 8.11.
We built the template using Word.
Our outputs are PDF and RTF.
The output in PDF is fine, the one in RTF has a lot more blank lines. These lines are in fact those where we put commands like '<?Template:...?>.
In word we have hidden these commands and changed font size but this is completely ignored in the RTF output.
Do you have a good suggestion for us?
