Java Connector Issue with Oracle supplied Samples

We are having issues with our JAVA connector and the sample rundynconaddressbook. I get it to prompt me for a logon but then it throws the following error;

Exception in thread "main" com.jdedwards.system.connector.dynamic.psc.SpecfailureException:
Cannot connect to Oneworld Spec Sourceata Source not found in Oneworld Database Data Source for F9860, TBLE not found.

We've lost our Sr CNC & our Network Engineer so I've got two new hats trying to sort out the middleware between JDE and Biztalk.

My venacular didn't equate database and library as the same thing.
