LNK4229 Warning on BusBuild

After the recent installation of the 8.97 tool set we have been getting LNK4229 Warning errors when we build a business function using BusBuild. The business functions apparently build okay but sometimes warnings I want to take care of get burried in the mass of MS warnings. Microsoft's web site says this is caused by an invalid directive passed via the comment pragma. Does anyone know where that comment pragma is set?

What about your Deployment server?
Have you tried building your package from an XP SP2
FAT Client?
