New Task is not visable on Web client

Hi All,

I have created new task and its has attached to 3 roles, this task is visable to only two roles but not for one role...

My system configuration is - Oneworld XE ERP8 , Webserver - WAS 4 patch level was40_ae_ptf_7 and OS - AIX 5.2.0..

I am guessing the visibility issue is either filtering, SE Security or Cache.
