PDFDocGen_Create Error.....

Hi Everyone,

One of the users is receiving 500 mails when the create payment fails.

Upon further investigation, I found the below errors in the log file:

7460/7256 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Wed Aug 06 11:09:24.768000 PrtPDFGen.C124
UBE0000084 ERROR: Function: PDFDocGen_Create, Code: 1073807371, Message: Cos document table full.

I guess its related to PDF but I am not too sure of what exactly it is.

I have seen a similar kind of error in the list - PDFDocGen_Save which is related to lack of disk space where the print queue is located or to adobe pdf size limit usualy from 2Gb up to 10Gb.


Below is the configuration.

E8.12, TR 8.96 E1, SQL Server 2005 as DB, Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition on Enterprise and Deployment Server.

Hi Max,

Check the available disk space where temp directory is defined (Environement variables)
When running this UBE, there is an Acrobat file generated on Temp directory?
