On an iSeries with an LPAR configuration for EnterpriseOne, do you also need two separate deployment servers since each LPAR with have an unique IP Address? How would you build a package from the deployment server if you wanted to build it on each LPAR?

No, you don't need two deployment servers. You do need to go through the steps to add a server, though, and pick which environments will be on that server (LPAR). When you build a package, you'll have to pick the server (LPAR) the package is destined for. So, if you're building and deploying a DV package, for example, you'll pick the LPAR where the DV environment is located.

There are a few more caveats, which you'll find elsewhere in these forums, like needing EDRSQL running.
