How to check heap dumps on OAS web servers?

We are on EnterpriseOne 8.12 / Tools Release 8.96.1.2 / AIX 5.3 / Oracle 9i
We have our web servers running on Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2, and sometimes we are facing performance issues and I want to check if there are any heap dumps.
Does anyone know how & where to find the heap dumps on web servers that are running OAS.
