XML Publisher phase 1

Hi
I am trying to get XML Publisher pahse 1 going

(E1 8.12 Tools 8.96.1.5 Linux with Oracle) we get the XML output when submitting the UBE, but when selecting the report under 'sumitted jobs' and select 'XML Publisher' from the 'Row Exit' bar I get the following message.

"XML Publisher XML output was not created for the selected Job Control record."

Did all the setup according to the manual but nothing wants to work

Please check in PrintQueue folder , the xml should be there if it is created..or else the OSA interface is not set up for the UBE..

The xml file is in the printqueue folder and I can view it. It is only when selecting the XML Publisher button on the Row exit bar that I get the error
