We are starting to use this tool to email out our Payroll Direct Deposit slips and a flag went up with our IT Director about the encryption level on this emailed form. In checking on things, it appears to send out any PDF attachment with a very low encryption level (40, I think) and so I checked with Bottomline to see if there was any way to change this. They said no from their end. We do utilize the "password protect" option you can use, though.
Has anyone else run into this concern and how did you deal with it? It's so funny about people worrying about encryption level when before we started emailing things, they would just drop your DD slip on your desk for anyone to walk by and take a look at it...!
