Upgrade to version 3.2 increases PDF file size

We recently upgraded to CreatePrint version 3.2. In the previous version, our check print jobs and 1099s used to be about 10MB and used to take a few minutes to process. In the newer version the same output generates files of about 185MB in size and takes hours to process. In fact, we noticed that our 1099s didn't appear till the NEXT DAY in some cases. This issue is causing major delays in production (in sending our checks out) and it almost brought down our e-mail server.
Is anyone out there experiencing the same issues? Is there some kind of setting on the server that would cause the PDF files to be smaller?
We installed Adobe distiller on the server and it does not help.

Breaking down the files is not an option for us as the checks and 1099s are printed in groups.

We had a similar problem with our checks and invoices when we upgraded to 3.2. It turned out the logo subform we used was the culprit. I had to get some help from Create!Form tech support, though. Our invoices were coming out at about 11 MB, but went down to about 1 MB after fixing the subform.

Bill,
Thanks for your response. We got some support from createform as well to get this issue fixed. The files are about 15 times smaller now after fixing the issue. Thanks again.
