Welocme HTML Page giving Error

Hi All,

We have customized the Welcome Html page for user, when ever user try to clicks any link getting error message saying that "Count load Processing Option , Please use Latest JAVA generator for regenerate the form P5698611_W5698611B_CCNA037" See attachment...

Also, Is any other way to find out the Thin (HTML )Client logs

Our version is XE 7334

Any input is highly apprecaited.
