client setup completes but license files do not get copied

Hello,
The following is a copy of the jdeinst.log that I am talking about. I do not know if this is enough information but basically, I am trying to install JDE on another PC that is the same as about 13 others in the office. Nothing is different....but JDE fails to copy the license files to the C drive:

Check for security on registery updates. Are you using admin user while installing on that PC?.
