I would like to know if anyone has been able to get the Item Cross Reference system to work when one Customer (A/B# 131) has a many (Customer Part Number) to one (Internal Part Number) relationship. See the example below:
Customer Address Book # Customer Part Number Our Internal Item Number Configured Features and Options
131 1412-0001-A S518C7 Lube with Grease #1
131 1412-0001-B S518C7 Lube with Oil #53
131 357-23-89-71 S518C7 Lube with Oil #21
131 34567890323 S518C7 Use no Lube Ship Dry
131 23433-22-2-1 S518C7 Lube with White Lithium Grease
We have a base catalog number which is highly configurable, but we use only a single internal part number to represent the item internally. We deal with the configurable features and options by modifying the shop floor paperwork.
