porttest fails on DV

Hello all, my install has PS, DV and PD within E1 8.12.
The problem is that porttest works fine on PS but it doesn't on DV or PD. I bet that is has something to do with specs or with the DD, but not sure what or how to fix it.

The error messages I get after bouncing services are these:
JDB9900324 - Failed to find Data Dictionary Item EFCF
JDB9900913 - Failed to create global table specs for F0009
JDB9900307 - Failed to find table specifications
JDB3100007 - Failed to get valid table specifications
MSC0000025 - Could not load F0009 cache - ENVCACHE

It looks like porttest cannot find anything it needs. Did you double-check your ODBC connections and OCM mappings?

I am assuming you have already done all the installs i.e. deployment server, platform pack, jas server? And you have already created your initial install plan and run it through the installation workbench?
