After we upgraded our database to ORACLE 10g, we started getting sporadic print queue failures. ORACLE support has not been able to help us 
Jobs will sit in 'WAIT' state until the queue service is stopped and started.
The system log shows an ORACLE error message ORA-01461 : can bind a LONG value only for insert into a lONG column when updating the SVM7333.F986110 table.
We are XE, sp 23q, ORACLE 10g, WIN 2003 server.
