jdecgrt error

Hi,
How to troubleshoot the following error:

jdecgrt:Unable to retrieve Business View Info-Application P9881

Like these I have come across several jdecgrt errors but I dont know what it means.


Can anyone tell me what is a jdecgrt error and how to troubleshoot it?

I am using ERP 8 with SP19 and am having Solaris 8 as the enterprise server.
