JDE and BizTalk Integration Errors

Hello List!

We have recently implemented integration with JDE 8.11 SP1 TR8.96.2.1 and BizTalk 2006. We have been using it for sometime in other environments successfully. Now we have rolled it out to another region and we start getting the following errors. We have a call open with Oracle for the past 3-4 days. Can not find anything out on the knowledge garden as well. Has anybody else seen these errors before?

CAC0001065 - (jdeCacheSetIndex) Attempt to set cache index ID failed. Invalid cache or cursor

Hi,

We had the same messages with E812, Tools 8.96.1.5 and
DSI, however Oracle said that they were harmless, not
related to the random failures we had with DSI.

Do you when do you get this error. During a large load. Just to let you know, we found a weird issue, where actual data that was sent from Biztalk to E1 was getting changed. It almost took a year MS to come out with a fix for their Adapter. Just see if you can apply the adapter fix from MS.

If you could provide more detail( when does it happens, has any thing changes from software perspective), it might be helpful
