Service Agent on AS/400 not showing in Server Manager

Hi List,

I am trying to install the server manager management agent for the AS/400 on my enterprise server. After successfully running setup and starting the service, my enterprise server is not showing up in my list of managed homes on my dashboard. When I try to look at the start-stop logs located in /JDEdwards/JDE_HOME/logs, I don't even see any logs present. When I go to WRKACTJOB, I can see the agent running so I am not sure what the deal is. Anyone else run into a similar issue?

Do you have JDK 1.5 installed?

Yes I do. That was one thing I checked.

Looking further at the job log, I do see this message, if it can shed any light on the subject.

JVM properties were loaded from a properties file.

You AS/400 must be able to ping the Server Manager Console machine (deployment server).
