New Printer not working correctly

We just bought a new HP printer for a user. We set up an outq on the 400 and on OneWorld. When we sent reports to this printer the fonts are huge. I have set this printer up like all other printers, everything the same but this one prints funny. Has anyone come across this and how did they fix it. We don't have another model like this printer but eventually we will start switching out the older ones for this new type.
