Issue with Gen.bat on 8.97.0.1

Hello I am in process of upgrading from 8.96c1 to 8.97.0.1 on release 8.10 ( wintel/SQl/ WAS6.0) platform
I am having the issue with gen.bat . It start and ask for userid and passdword and then shows the message in dos prompt ( Error!!!) and just shuts down. I can't find any logs to go any further. Any one has any expereince to share with on this issue. I can work fine on the fat client ( installed on the generation machine)

check jas.ini and jdbj.ini located in x:\e812\jas\.... folder for Websphere and x:\e812\system\oc4j\.... for oAS application server.

there is problem of security server mapping ...
