Form Testing works but Interoperability failing

Hello,

I have a strange situation here. I am working on a custom NER BSFN which is working fine through form testing but the same when i try through interoperability its failing. I have promoted the object into Enterprise Server and it went successfully, but unable to get why its failing through Interoperability. Any kind of help would be appreaciated.
