Hi,

I am using JDE E.811

for our webserver performance monitoring we used a combination of JDE tools such as SAW.

On the SAW screens it allows us to view the number of Syserrs and Timeouts.

lately we have encountered an increase in the number of syserrs as high as 30.

how do I rectify the current situation ?

Hi,

Login to E1 SAW and select SawEnt tool (this defaults to SawJas) enter your enterprise server hostname and use port 6014. After this you will now see jde processes running inside your enterprise server. Use the log to check on the call object kernels and the metadata kernels...

You can also investigate your JAS logs inside your JAS server.

hope this helps.
ciao.
