Runube Interactive v Batch

Hi,

Does anyone have a clear definition of the difference between executing runube in batch mode and interactive mode?

Batch mode, runube submits the batch to the ube kernel, which then has it go through the normal jde queue scheduling process, whether it is the old jdequeue in Xe or the queue kernel in Tools 8.9+

Interactive mode, the batch runs inside the runube process immediately and is outside the jde queue job scheduling process. This means you have to be careful not to run too many at a time so as not to overload the hardware.

That, as they say, will do nicely!
