Hi everyone,
We are currently co-existent with Xe update 4 and A73 cume 9.
I am trying to convert the AR files to Xe using the dreamwriter F0311qd1, f0311qd2.
The F0311qd1 works a treat and converts all of the records. The F0311QD2 copies all of the records apart from the unallocated cash. As we have a large database this comes to 2100 pages of unconverted transactions.
We have applied the latest fixes a736273270 and a737252745. We have selected the default processing options, and this came to 2200 pages of unapplied transactions. We then changed the following option:
3. Enter '1' to process any remaining 1
unapplied cash spread to a purged
invoice as a G type adjustment. If
left blank, the remaining will appear
on report as out-of-balance spread.
This resulted in getting only 2100 pages of unapplied transactions. Has anyone got any ideas....?
Is there a known problem with converting unallocated cash...?
