XE on the web - Red or Blue Stack

We are being told by our sales rep that if we want to go to the web on XE then our only choice is the blue stack i.e. Websphere is that true?

Yes, Patty. Websphere is the only supported web-product for B7333 and B7334 - Oracle JAS support came out with 8.9x

That is true. Blue stack is your only option. We ran JAS on xe/8.0 for 4 years and it worked great. We received far fewer support calls from web users vs terminal server users. We ran our JAS on NT servers vs on the iSeries. We have since moved to EnterpriseOne 8.12. If you have any questions, please let me know.
