Foreign Tables not showing in Table Conversion

We followed instructions as per Solution ID : 200991255 E1: TC : Table Conversion - Preparing Foreign Table Data Source.

Also did ocm for all the tables that showed up in jde.log as invalid object name

But when we click on the foreign tab in a table conversion - it doesnot show us any tables (no tables listed).

What is the platform of the enterprise server ? - Windows 2003
What is the database type used for JDE tables ? SQL 2005 as well ? - MS SQL 2005

TC is using ODBC to access the foreign SQL 2005 table, are you able to use Ms Excel or Ms Access to access the foreign table through ODBC datasource ? - Yes , we tried and that works.

Use Enterprise Manager and create a new table in the foreign datasource, run TC design again, click on the foreign table tab, does it list the table ? - Created a new table but it did NOT pull up on the foreign table tab!

Has anyone else had this problem before - please let us know what we are missing.

Oracle got onto web conferencing and resolved the issue!.

We had given the wrong datasource name.
