SAW in Xe not working on servers

I am trying to get SAW (ServerAdministrationWorkbench.exe) to work on my enterprise and application servers. It works fine on fat clients. Does anyone know of a limitation that doesn't allow SAW to work on a server?

Tom,

UMMM, there is one obvious difference. The server application code is quite different than the client application code. I am not very impressed with the SAW, but I was impressed with the WebSaw on XE. It was much more informative. I would spend my time trying to get that functioning, assuming your client has a web server set up.

I know the code is significantly different, but can't think of any reason it shouldn't work. However it doesn't. I'm hoping someone out there can give it a try and let me know for sure.

I checked the date/time, size, and versions. The times were different by about 3 hours, all else was the same.
