Routing Option

Hi

Whenever there is a load with more than four shipments/orders. It shows blank Routing Option screen. (P4980) in Producation only. We tried regenerating specs in PD , it worked properly for some. But still dropping for some loads.

Check the routing restrictions and make sure that you aren't running into a maximum weight, volume, pieces, etc restriction. If a load exceeds any routing restriction, the route doesn't show up on the routing options screen.

actually wat happens, initially it shows that routing option and when client manually changes the statuses of an order thru order detail and tries to see the Routing option , it doesnt shown up. I checked the code, it gets stucked up in the BSFN 'Cache process Routing Option' B4900191.
