Scroll To End - XE

I've got a client on XE (I don't have their specifics unfortunately). They are using both the Web and Win-client interfaces. The 'scroll to end' button shows on the web side, but does not appear on the win-clients.

Does anyone have the story on this? How about a solution? That second one would be most helpful.

Click in the grid and press <Ctrl><End>, then wait patiently.....

THHAAATTTTSSS the trick. I was holding the control keys and pressing the down arrow. It's been so long I'd forgotten.
