Missing Column ??

I happen to be in Std Receipts Entry and 1 of my columns is missing. I've already made certain that I didn't "hide" it by dragging the column as small as it could go... it just seems to be completely gone. How can I get it back, short of having my formats restored. Do you think my format on this screen might be corrupt ?
