MTRs for installing standalone 8.12

Hi There,

I'm trying to install JD Edwards 8.12 on my machine. However, the Read Me file in the zip folder says refer to MTRs and install other components prior to installing JDE. Can anyone help me to get the list of all components to install and steps that I need to follow prior to or after installing JDE (like setting of .ini file right after installing JDE).
