Web Client - Role Relationship not updating

Hi List. When I change the Role Relationship of a user, the changes don't seem to happen on the Web client until about 10 minutes after. Regular security changes update properly after refreshing cache on the WAS server, but not the role changes. What can I do to manually update this?

I'm running 8.12, iSeries/AS400, IBM WAS6.
