FAT Client Installation issue , E1 8.12

I am installing EnterpriseOne 8.12 with tools 8.96 1.5. When I try to install  FAT client and choose package DV812FA to install the InstallManager setup crashes at the beginning. The snapshot is attached below. Please suggest.
