HyperExit Security

Am I missing something? I have setup hyperexit security for a user. When they log into a Fat Client it works correctly. But if they log in via a web client I may as well have not bothered!

I have even gone to the lengths of rebooting my web server, just in case, and all to no avail.

Does anyone know how to make hyperExit security to work in a web client?
