Copying Production Objects to Sandbox Environment-Xe SQL NT

Hi, I am planning to upgrade OneWorld Xe to 8.12. I have reinstalled vanilla OneWorld Xe in a sandbox environment, separate deployment and enterprise Servers. How do I copy all data and objects from my production environment to the sandbox environment? My thoughts are to copy from PD7333 live to DV7333 Sandbox. Thank you for your help. [email protected]

The business data is simple. Have your DBA do a SQL backup of Prod, then restore that to the Sandbox. You'll have to go in and make some minor tweaks like database owner and names and such. Central object database in similiar. You'll need to copy over the C code from deployment server to deployment server.

Once all of that is done, you'll need to poke around using MS access with some of the planner databases and such to make bulk name changes since you are switching around servers. Give yourself a good week to ten days to fiddle around with this to get all of the bugs ironed out.
