how to add a new instance to web server for enterprise one 8.10

Hi All,

We will be adding a new path code to enterprise one 8.10.We have websphere 5.0 as our web server which is on unix box.Please provide me all the details to add a instance for this new path code in the web server and what all changes need to made in the ini files.
