What are the steps to create/add a new environment in Enterprise one 8.10

Hi All,

How do we create a new pathcode/environment in enterprise one 8.10 and set up the activity rule for promotion and demotion of objects from that path code.We have unix based enterprise server,so how to update the enterprise server with this new pathcode.If any body could provide me the pdf for the same it would be of great help.
