Problem installing Full Package on workstation with DV and Py path code

When installing a full package on a workstation for one path code it deletes the mdf files for all the currently installed path codes. For example, if DV and PY are installed on a workstation and I install the latest DV full package, it will delete the mdf spec files
for PY also. And then if I try to reinstall PY, it will
delete the DV mdf spec files. Does anyone have suggestions?

Do a search on the list - there was a thread on this exact issue about a month ago. The other customer was also on 8.12. That customer posted that Oracle acknowledged the issue and was issuing a fix. Welcome to the list.

This was introduced in 8.96.1.4 and will be fixed in 8.96.2.2. Oracle provided me a one off fix for the issue, so if you contact them you may be able to get one also.
