I have a question for you regarding connection of an I-series I-520 connected to a SHARK.
Here at Allegheny County, we recently (within the last 4 months) upgraded our AS400 Model 820s to new I-series Model I-520s.
If we were to re-configure our disk arrays, and with our current version of OS/400 (V5R3) on the I-series, what size disk LUNS would you recommend to get the best possible
performance for our I-series I-520s ?? Are there any standard recommendations you’ve used in the past or that IBM would recommend ??
Your opinion and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
